AKAY CONSTRUCTION was established in order to provide engineering and construction services in 1985. From the first years of the establishment of the Company that it has been undertaking contracting business in the field of super structures such as buildings, campus buildings of universities, schools, warehouses projects belong to different public and various government agencies like Universities, Public Works Bank, Ministry of National Defense and upon successfully completion of those contracts the new projects has been undertaken in due time.

In year 2005, AKAY CONSTRUCTION with the knowledge and experience from previous years and new Partnership structure, diverted its’ focus to the mass housing projects of which has been started to carry out effectively all across the country by the Presidency of the Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration (TOKI). Since year 2005, Akay Construction has successfully completed many public housing projects located in the various provinces of Turkey in which consist of houses/residence, schools, small size shopping centers, mosques, police station, health care centers, nursery building and hospital buildings with 350 and 400 beds capacity respectively.
